"Okay," Chrissy agrees, confused but not enough to argue. She would rather not be dealing with this out in the open, and anything would be better than what she just left behind, her home turned into a prison, into a grave. Come to think of it, she's still not actually sure how she got there, having been in his trailer just moments before. The memory makes her a little uneasy, but she takes a deep breath. There are no sounds out of place, and Eddie still seems like himself. That's enough for now. "Your place it is."

Without meeting way out in the woods, without the cover of darkness like when he brought her back to his trailer before, anyone could see them together. She can't bring herself to care when there's so much else to worry about instead. A different world, a different reality — it doesn't make sense, although in all fairness, nothing has made much sense lately.

"Are you sure you're real?" she asks abruptly, even while prepared to follow along with him. "This isn't all just... I don't know. In my head?"
